In response to tremendous demand, the City of Somers Point and the Somers Point Beach Concert Committee will produce a special celebration concert starring John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band on Friday June 9, the week before the first regularly scheduled Beach Concert!
On that special night you’ll hear your favorite “Eddie and the Cruisers” and John Cafferty songs and the premiere of their latest recording, “A Day in the Sun” – perfect for Somers Point this summer!
With “Eddie and the Cruisers” recording artists, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band blasting off the season on June 9 and a living legend of the New Orleans rhythm &blues/funk, CYRIL NEVILLE, from The Neville Brothers and The Meters performing the finale of the season on Sept. 8, this concert season will once again, be worthy of its status as winner of the
USA Today contest.
