Shore Medical Center recently named Patricia Graetz, Business Associate for Rehabilitation, its January Employee of the Month for consistently delivering outstanding service and embodying the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
A resident of Egg Harbor Township, Graetz began her career at Shore 16 years ago as a physical therapy aide. She later advanced to an outpatient service representative role before stepping into her current position. As Business Associate, Graetz oversees insurance authorization and verification, patient registration, billing, and various other functions vital to the success of the rehabilitation department.
Jennifer Pesce, PT, DPT, Administrative Director of Rehabilitation, Sleep Lab, and Cardiopulmonary Rehab at Shore Medical Center, commended Graetz for her growth alongside the expansion of Shore’s Outpatient Rehabilitation department.
“Trish has shown exceptional dedication to both Shore Medical Center and the rehabilitation department,” said Pesce. “She takes on every new challenge with outstanding organizational skills, actively streamlining processes and offering feedback to ensure our office runs efficiently. Trish also serves as a mentor to new employees, consistently promoting the department and the organization in a way that attracts more patients and expands our ability to help others.”
Outside of her professional achievements, Graetz enjoys quality time with her husband and sons, as well as crafting and cruising.
