Sharrott Winery Dinner at Rhythm & Spirits Nov 11

Atlantic City restaurateur Mark Callazzo, in partnership with the Garden State Wine Growers Association is hosting a year-long celebration of wine dinners at his Tennessee Avenue restaurants.The first is a five-course wine pairing dinner at Rhythm & Spirits, featuring specially curated Italian dishesand fine wines from Sharrott Winery in Hammonton,on Friday, November 11 at 6:30PM.

UNOSicilian Tuna Tartare 

paired with Sauvignon Blancgrilled Calabrian chilies & chili oil with salsa verde,basil, dill, capers, garlic, lemon, and EVOO;

DUEPizza al Taglio 

paired with MerlotThing golden brown crust extra crispy, Gorgonzola dolce, roasted beets,arugula, candied walnuts, EVOO, and aged balsamic

TREMama’s Meatballs & Spaghetti 

paired with award-winning Tango (65% Chamborcin, 35% Cabernet Franc)hand rolled beef, veal & pork meatballs in old school North Ward red saucefinished with Parmesan and topped with honey whipped ricotta

QUATTROPrime Rib Cheesesteak 

paired with Cabernet Sauvignonslow-roasted prime rib encrusted in garlic, rosemary, and hot vinegar cherry peppers and sliced thinserved on Rando’s bread with onions and cooper sharp cheese

FINECheesecake smothered in BAR|32 Chocolate 

paired with Wicked (port)bean-to-bar 60% dark chocolate from the Semuliki Forest in Uganda with raspberries macerated in lavender basil syrup
