Harbor Pines Golf Club, South Jersey’s premier destination for golf, dining and special events, is hosting an elegant NYE dinner filled with gourmet food, good company, and light entertainment. Reservations for the NYE dinner begin at 5:30pm with the last reservation available at 8:30pm on Sunday, December 31.
Guests are invited to enjoy an à la carte dining experience featuring an array of carefully crafted dishes from tantalizing appetizers to sumptuous entrees and decadent desserts.
Beginning with a selection of appetizers, guests will have the choice of Scallop Crostini, pan-seared scallops on a toasted baguette with a garlicky pesto sauce, savory Lamb Lollipops with mint chimichurri dipping sauce, Pot Stickers served with a side of Thai chili sauce, Fried Brussel Sprouts topped with goat cheese and balsamic drizzle, or the classic Shrimp Cocktail.
As the evening progresses, guests will be treated to a choice of entrees. The Surf & Turf, featuring a 6oz Filet and 4oz Lobster, comes accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and haricot vert. Other entrée options include the 16oz Cowboy Ribeye, cooked to perfection and topped with herb butter; Airline Chicken; Pistachio Salmon; Scallops & Shrimp in a traditional scampi sauce over a bed of pasta; and the Pasta Primavera, each served with a choice of soup or salad.
Finishing off the night, desserts include the Gianduja Chocolate Tart, Vanilla Bourbon Sponge Cake, and the Raspberry Chocolate delight.
