Lucy the Elephant received a 139th birthday gift on Monday, July 20, 2020 when S. Decatur Avenue in Margate was renamed Lucy Plaza. On hand to take part in the celebration were many invited guests and visitors. Part of the weekend celebration also included the recreation of Lenny’s Hot Dog & Famous Sweet Pepper Hash.
