Kuro at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is celebrating the sights and flavors of the Cherry Blossom season with a limited-edition Chery Blossom Menu available April 3- May 12. Guests can immerse themselves in the exquisite sights and flavors of the Cherry Blossom Festival with a specially curated menu. Kuro has been transformed into a Cherry Blossom themed experience.
Guests can sip on the essence of spring with a Sakura Spritz, blending Moscato, Aperol, yuzu, lemon, and ginger for a refreshing sensation.
At Youyu Noodle Bar, guests can also experience an Insta-worthy cocktail moment with the Dragon Bowl- a flaming cocktail made with Japanese Toki Whiskey, 8000 Generations Shochu, Mango, Pineapple, & Dragon Fruit.
Cherry Blossom-themed menu items include:
- Tsukemono trio with daikon, cucumber, and heirloom carrot
- Takoyaki with tonkatsu, bonito, and hajikami
- Okonomiyaki with pork belly and Brussel sprouts
- Sakura masu carpaccio with yuzu dressing and mesclun mix
- Ebi tempura with soy dashi, ginger, and oroshi Agedashi tofu with root vegetables, hijiki, and soy dashi
- Wagyu kushiyaki with sweet soy and scallion
- Dessert includes Mochi ice cream paired with a seasonal compote and Japanese donuts adorned with ichimi cinnamon and cherry blossom cream.
