Get Ready to Rock on Tennessee Avenue: Ten Thrilling Events at the Perfect Tenn Festival in Atlantic City!

The Entire Tennessee Avenue Block Will Rock on Saturday, Oct. 7, with Live Music, a Brunch Battle, a Smoked Wing Smackdown, Cigars, Oysters & Wine Pairing, a Chocolate Dine & Wine, a Sinatra Supper, a Blues, Brews and BBQ Event, Dead-inspired Yoga and Much More!

Tennessee Avenue, the ultimate hub for day and night adventures, is about to explode with excitement as it gears up for a free block party extravaganza! On Saturday, Oct. 7, the third annual Perfect Tenn Festival will take over the entire block between Pacific Avenue and the Boardwalk. This all-day/all-night bash promises to be the hot spot in A.C. that weekend, featuring 10 sensational events that will keep you entertained from morning to midnight.

Mark Callazzo, the developer behind Rhythm & Spirits, Bar 32, Cuzzie’s Pizzeria, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall and Chucktown, along with his partners Lee Sanchez, Scott Cronick and Charles Soreth, say the Perfect Tenn Fest is a way to say thanks to all the customers who have made their restaurants so successful.

“This will be our third annual Perfect Tenn Fest, and it’s our big ‘Thank You’ to those who have believed and supported our Tennessee Avenue Restaurants,” Callazzo says.  “It’s going to be a block party like no other – lasting all day and night long. The 10 different events offer something for all tastes and ages!”

Here are the 10 “Perfect Tenn” events happening at this year’s festival:

1.) Wake and Bake Yoga with The Leadership Studio and Hammerbacher: Join Yoga Instructor Sue Ireland for a free yoga session in the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall Yard, kicking off The Perfect Tenn Fest with Grateful Dead jams by The Dead Reckoning Duo and baked treats from Hammerbacher, including breakfast knish, SinBuns and more. 11 a.m., Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall Yard, no cover.

2.) Pray for Peace, Prepare for Brunch: Cocktails, Food and Friends! Rhythm & Spirits legendary brunch goes back to its roots with great food and a fantastic vibe as a group of friends get together for the ultimate brunch throw down. Doors open at 11 a.m., no cover.

3.) Chucktown BBQ Smoked Wing Showdown: 10 competitors, 20 smoked wings and one spicy AF sauce. No water, no meat left behind, and a chance to win a $500 cash prize, sponsored by WOND 1400-AM, 92.3-FM and WMGM 103.7-FM. 6 p.m., Chucktown BBQ at Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall, no cover.

4.) Shuck’em, Suck’em, Stomp’em: An educational experience featuring oysters by Dak Daddy, cigars by Tennessee Avenue Tobacco Company’s Coby Frier and wine by Tim Meyers of Lieber Fine Wines.  Celebrate the passion of small family businesses and the wonders of nature2 to 4 p.m., Rhythm & Spirits Secret Garden.

5.) Brews, Blues, and BBQ at Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall: Enjoy fall beers and BBQ pairings, including brisket, pulled pork and ribs served all day from 11 a.m. to close. Things get kicked up a notch from 6 to 9 p.m. when the acclaimed Regina Bonelli Blues Band performs some rockin’ blues. BBQ served from 11 a.m. to close, band performs 6 to 9 p.m., Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall Yard, no cover. 

6.) BAR|32 Uncorked Dinner Experience: An exclusive 5-course food and wine pairing centered around chocolate, curated by Lee Sanchez, Mark Callazzo and Nicole Callazzo. Limited to 20 people. 5 p.m., Bar 32 Chocolate, $100 per person plus tax and gratuity.

7.) 500 Sunset Supper Club: Celebrate Atlantic City’s music scene with a la carte Italian-American food and cocktails by Lee Sanchez. 6 to 9 p.m., Rhythm & Spiritsno cover.

8.)Dinner & Cabaret featuring Teddy Fusco: Experience inspired cocktails, Italian-American food, and a swanky jazz club atmosphere. 7 to 10 p.m., Rhythm & Spirits, no cover.

9.) The Night Cap: Enjoy an espresso martini and watch our Chocolatiers create a truffle to your liking, set to the sounds of Woodstock. BAR|32 mixologists have your ultimate nightcap covered. Reservations strongly encouraged. 8 p.m. to midnight, Rhythm & Spirits, no cover.

10.)Dirty Disco: The official closing party of Perfect Tenn with resident DJ Skyline. Expect a night of wild fun and surprises. 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Rhythm & Spirits, no cover.

In addition to the 10 events, there will also be a Tennessee Avenue Market featuring more than a dozen local vendors offering artisan crafts and merchandise from apparel to jewelry and everything in between. Admission is free for all events; guests pay for food and beverages at each event. There is plenty of free, safe parking directly across the street from the Tennessee Avenue businesses, along with metered street parking. Guests can also park at the municipal parking garage at 19. S. New York Ave.
