A locally owned heating and cooling company is preparing to relocate to a significantly larger facility in Egg Harbor Township to accommodate continued growth.
Founded in 2011, All Zone Heating and Cooling has operated from its current location at 2049 Ocean Heights Ave. since 2017. Due to expanded operations, the company will move from its 1,500-square-foot space into a newly constructed, 16,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse at 6418 Black Horse Pike.
Owners Wayne and Samantha Schloss, partners in business and in life, said the move reflects steady growth over the past several years. The Egg Harbor Township High School sweethearts began the company as a two-person operation and have since expanded to a staff of 17.
Under the new layout, the company will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet in the rear building. The front structure includes about 10,000 square feet of space that can be divided into two or three storefronts, with optional storage. The owners said they are seeking complementary businesses for the front building to create a collaborative commercial environment.
The company provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including repairs and new installations, throughout southeastern New Jersey. According to Samantha Schloss, the business emphasizes transparent pricing, timely service and reliability. Its service area generally extends within a one-hour radius of Egg Harbor Township.
In addition to business operations, the owners are active in the community. Wayne Schloss serves on the board of the Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League.
Most recently, the company donated a heating and air conditioning system valued at approximately $15,000 to a local family whose home had hazardous conditions caused by carbon monoxide leakage. The donation also included a tankless water heater and ductwork at no cost, bringing the total value of the work to about $30,000.
Outside of their HVAC operations, the Schlosses also work on residential construction and renovation projects as part of a separate personal venture.
