Legendary rock and roll band, Duran Duran announced a Halloween tour to promote their 16th studio album, “Danse Macabre,” with a performance at the Event Center at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on Oct. 26 at 8:00 p.m. Threading together new music, themed covers, and darkly reimagined versions of the band’s classic tracks, “Danse Macabre” has been described as “a treat for the senses” by American Songwriter Magazine, and “delightfully devilish” by Billboard, with Rolling Stone proclaiming, “Duran Duran are feeling the spooky energy.”
Duran Duran is a popular British rock band that’s been making music since 1978. The band has sold over one million albums and have achieved 30 Top-40 hit singles in the UK Singles Chart and 21 Top-40 singles in the US Billboard Hot 100. The band has won numerous awards throughout their career, including two Brit Awards, two Grammy Awards and an MTV Video Music Award. Duran Duran was also awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1993 and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.
In addition to Duran Duran, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa has an all-star lineup of performers gracing the stage of the Event Center and Music Box in the upcoming months. Guests can laugh, dance and sing along to Jared Freid on Aug. 2, Boyz II Men on Aug. 16, Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias on Aug. 31 and Jerry Seinfeld on Dec. 6.
