Ocean City Fishing Club Board of Trustees members watch Joe Hughes, club president, cut the ribbon dedicating the new pier extension. Begun last December and finished this spring, the project adds about 120 feet to the pier, bringing its total length from the Boardwalk to nearly 750 feet. The club was established in 1913 and is the oldest continuously operating fishing club in the US.
