All it takes to get in the Christmas Spirit this holiday season is a visit to The Historic Smithville Village located at 615 E Moss Mill Rd in Galloway. This Norman Rockwellesque village channels the Spirit of Christmas making even the grinchiest of people tap into their inner Santa and fully experience the magic of the holidays.
The centerpiece of this enchanted village is the Light show on the Lake which takes place from 5:30 – 8:00 PM every Thursday through Sunday until January 5. Visitors come from near and far to enjoy this spectacular light show. Imagine strolling through the village with a peppermint hot chocolate in hand surrounded by the people you love as you drink in over 120 Christmas Trees adorning over 50,000 lights masterfully orchestrated to dance in sync with holiday music while magically floating on Lake Meone.
