Cancer Support Community NJ needs statewide support

Requesting support from businesses and individuals to expand services offered to all people affected by cancer.

Cancer Support Community NJ at Gilda’s Club, a statewide  foundation dedicated to providing free support services for individuals and families affected by cancer, announces today an urgent need for donations to help sustain critical free services, as  demand surges across the state.

Every day, we offer a lifeline to those navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. From support  groups and counseling to educational workshops and social activities, our comprehensive programs  are designed to enhance quality of life and foster a sense of community. All services are provided at  no cost, thanks to the support of donors.

CSCNJ currently supports more than 1,600 individuals across the state and hosts up to 75 programs  each month. Our primary clubhouse is in Linwood, N.J. and we are partnered with major hospitals  across the state including AtlantiCare, Holy Name, and Inspira Health at Mullica Hills, and Inspira  Health at Vineland

Your donation, no matter what size, will make a significant difference in the lives of people  impacted by cancer.

How You Can Help:

$100 can provide one support group meeting for a cancer survivor.

$150 can fund family sessions to help children cope with a parent’s diagnosis. $200 can support an educational workshop to inform patients and caregivers about the latest in  cancer care.

$500 – $1,000 can underwrite a wellness program to promote physical and emotional health during  treatment.
