Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa appoints Diana Castrillon as vice president of human resources

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa has announced the appointment of Diana Castrillon as Vice President of Human Resources. Castrillon brings extensive experience from MGM Resorts International, where she most recently served as Executive Director of Employee Relations Operations, overseeing employee relations for more than 62,000 employees across 11 Las Vegas and eight regional properties.

Before joining Borgata, Castrillon played a pivotal role at MGM Resorts International, where she standardized employee relations processes, developed senior management metrics, and created comprehensive training programs. As the previous Director of Employee Relations Operations, she centralized employee relations, revamped the ADA process, and enhanced training initiatives.

 

In her new role, Castrillon will spearhead the property’s human resources efforts, leveraging her expertise in talent acquisition, retention, culture building, and community engagement. She will focus on improving employee engagement and guest services, leading strategies for talent acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and driving initiatives that enhance the workplace culture and strengthen community relations.
