MAP 3 Partners LLC, which includes developers Mark Callazzo, Adam Zengel and Paige Washington, key players in the revitalization of Atlantic City’s Tennessee Avenue, is set to receive a grant of $2,484,850 from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). The grant will be used towards the continued growth of Tennessee Avenue and includes the creation of a container park, a transformative project of entertainment and community spaces aimed at further enhancing the vibrancy of Atlantic City. The grant is part of NJEDA’s initiative to support recovery in cities that faced severe economic challenges during the pandemic.
“With the financial assistance from the NJEDA, we and others are able to make significant changes to areas of Atlantic City to create new neighborhoods for both visitors and residents to enjoy,” said Adam Zengel of MAP 3 Partners. “This container park and other revitalization projects, underscores my and my partners’ continued commitment to the economic resurgence of the resort, transforming vacant and neglected spaces into vibrant community hubs.”
