ALL Meats Are Smoked In House By Chef Irving Who Absolutely Loves What Does and It Shows!
For our opening libation it was the Rum Cherry Cooler-Light Rum sparkling cherry punch & cherry water ice, Kudos to bartender GiGi who mixed up one very flavorful drink you will want more of, refreshing & delicious, order by the pitcher!
Apps, we went with the Honey BBQ wings, WingTastic!
We also “Took It To The Street” ordering the Street Fair Corn On The Cobb dressed with Chipotle, Cotija and served with Lime Mayonaisse, Exceptional!
For the main, we went hand held, Yes sandwiches!
Pulled Pork:, BBQ Pork, Sauced on a Sesame Seed Bun served with Slaw and Tots. The Pork was sensational and you do have a choice, keep the slaw on the side or put it on the sandwich, mine went on top of the mound of very flavorful pulled pork.
Also ordered, the Brisket Sandwich, BBQ Brisket, Sauce, Sesame Seed Bun served with Slaw and Tots.. Super Lean and Delicious, After the first bite it was a Yessssssssssss!
The Mac and Cheese Burger ordered medium, also served with, you guessed it slaw and tots. Another homerun!
Then after all this, we sampled the Ribs very flavorful and the Sticky Maple Bacon Baked Beans with corn bread crumble. Both rocked our taste buds.
We were stuffed but then, after a distraction of a cart of desserts being wheeled in front of us to customers sitting behind us…it happened, we ordered dessert. The Banana Pudding and the Hot Cherry Cobbler, Ala Mode, are you kidding me! An incredible end to an incredible meal.
Our server Rachel was fantastic, attentive and very personable.
Chef Irving came over to meet us and be brought pastry Chef Litzy who brought us a sample of her Red Velvet Cake and their dessert of the day which today was, Tiramisù. Everything Mouthwatering.
Before leaving, the GM Jenny greeted us and asked did we enjoy everything and it was 4 Thumbs up and would even do more thumbs but we only had 4 between the two of us!
For us this was a sensational dining indulgence!
