Nutrition
By Nancy Adler

Salmon is in the grouping of oily fish that may help you ward off cardiac disease thanks to the benefits of omega 3 fatty acids.

Salmon is a great source of protein which is important for maintaining bone health, preventing muscle loss, and helping the body heal and repair. This fatty fish maintains skin elasticity, reduces signs of aging, and protects against UV sun damage. Salmon also increases metabolic function. Fatty fish helps you to lose weight and decrease belly fat. Enjoy Salmon twice a week.
