Residents at Seashore Gardens Living Center celebrated the Jewish harvest festival of Sukkot with visits to the Sukkah. The seniors enjoyed Sukkot services, including the ceremonial shaking of the lulav and etrog. They also had a chance to “dwell in the sukkah” by enjoying a snack and socializing with friends. For many, it fostered a connection to their heritage and lifelong traditions that they can continue with their extended family at Seashore Gardens Living Center.
