Postcards From The Past

The large arched building was Bingham Kiddie rides on the Ocean City boardwalk between 10th and 11th St. The structure was first used in the 1939 New York World’s fair. In 1959, David Simpson bought the building and business, remodeled it, and renamed it Playland. Today, it’s known as Playland’s Castaway Cove.
