The Colony Club of Ocean City held their annual fashion show luncheon fundraiser at Greate Bay Country Club on Sunday, June 12th. Over 140 women attended and thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous fashions provided by Ta Dah of Ocean City. Ta Dah had a pop-up boutique. Twenty businesses in the area provided gift certificates and baskets to auction off. Plus, the talented Colony Club members created 30 additional baskets to be auctioned off. Seven local businesses graciously sponsored the event. And everyone enjoyed taking a chance on the 50/50, which was a success. All the money contributes to the Colony Club’s scholarship fund. This scholarship fund supports graduating women from Ocean City High School to continue their education, enabling them to reach their career goals. With the generous gift certificates, baskets, and sponsorships we were able to reach our goal for our scholarship fund. Everyone had a marvelous time and have said they look forward to a repeat next year.
