We’re planning a large-scale yarn bombing project for 48 Blocks AC this year – and we need your help. Our goal is to wrap the columns of the O’Donnell Memorial Park War Memorial (we have a few back-up locations as well). Now, all we need are the yarn panels!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Knit or crochet a panel (or a few!) – Panels should be 24″x40″ rectangles. Colorful, fun, unique patterns are encouraged! We recommend using inexpensive acrylic yarns. Deadline: Early May 2020.
- Donate inexpensive, acrylic yarns for others to use.
- Learn to knit or crochet! We’ll host some community knit/crochet circles – check our events page for more info.
