A Me & Her Indulgent Experience
We’re at Ocean Casino Resort, Atlantic City to experience “Linguini by the Sea” in the former Dolce Mare. It may have a new name but the same amazing views, tasty cuisine & awesome service!
From the minute we arrived, Linguini’s hostess, Kelly, welcomed us in a warm & friendly manner & w/a BIG smile!
For starters we selected The House Made Meatballs, served w/pomodoro sauce & ricotta cheeses, delicious!
For our entrées, her choice was the Chicken Parmigana: featuring pomodoro, mozzarella and parmigiano cheeses with a super crunchy coating. Both yummy & generous portions too!
My turn! I am a linguine and clam sauce fanatic and for me there was only one choice, the Linguine & Clam Sauce~Alle Vongole, Manilla Clams, Garlic White Wine Sauce, Lemon & Calbrian Chili. This was so good I couldn’t wait to soak up the remaining sauce with Linguini By The Sea’s fabulous bread.
For dessert we decided to indulge in one of their specialty libations. Ocean is celebrating their 5th Birthday so we went w/Oceans 5th “Birthday Cake Martini”, Featuring 2 local AC businesses & their ingredients: 48 Blocks Chocolate Martini Vodka (Little Water Distillery) & Bar 32’s Chocolate shavings, also half & half & strawberry froth float, mixed to perfection by bartender~Joey. WOW!!
Our server~Georgios, was attentive friendly & fun & views of the Boardwalk, Steel Pier & The Wheel~amazing!
