Ocean City’s third annual “Howl-O-Ween” Parade and dog costume contest drew hundreds of pets in zany Halloween costumes to the Ocean City Boardwalk on Saturday, Oct. 21. Philadelphia Eagles mascot SWOOP was the grand marshal, and proceeds from the event went the Ocean City Humane Society.
