The Public Relations Council of Greater Atlantic City welcomed Jim Rutala, president of Rutala Associates, at its April meeting at the new Cardinal Restaurant in Atlantic City. Rutala presented on “Revitalizing Atlantic City with OPM (Other People’s Money).” The PR Council holds monthly luncheon meetings at venues throughout greater Atlantic City on topics related to public relations, marketing, tourism, and more.
