2023 Summer Children’s Theatre Series Continues With A Creative Adaptation Of A Familiar Tale  “Red Riding Hood’s Woods”

Family-Friendly Children’s Theatre at the Ocean City Music Pier continues with RED RIDING HOOD’S WOODS on July 18. Directed by Hannah Breed, this musical is an adaptation of a familiar and timeless fairy tale. You only have one chance to see RED RIDING HOOD’S WOODS at the Ocean City Music Pier on July 18 at 10:30am. The script and music for RED RIDING HOOD’S WOODS was created and written by the dynamic duo of John Anker Bow and Andy Einhorn.

Little Red’s mother has always been a bit overprotective of her daughter, but once she’s old enough, it’s time for Little Red to wander through the woods on her own. Encounters with a singing Postman, Three Little Pigs, The Butcher, The Baker, The Candlestick Maker, Granny and of course the Big Bad Wolf make this interactive musical an entertaining treat for kids of all ages. A creative twist on a traditional tale!

“Our Children’s Theatre series combines affordable entertainment, creativity, children’s literature, imagination, and the arts in a spectacular experience for the young and young at heart,” said Michael Hartman, Artistic Director for the Ocean City Theatre Company. “We look forward to creating magical summer memories at the Music Pier and cherish the opportunity to introduce live theatre to kids.”
